The West Kowloon Cultural District is one of the largest and most significant cultural projects in the world.

Xiqu Theatre

The Xiqu Centre is a world-class arts venue dedicated to the promotion of Chinese traditional theatre. It offers a comprehensive venue solution for xiqu-related productions and cultural events.

Scope of Work

  • Laser Scanning of Main Theatre, Team Room and other high value interior zones.

  • Architectural Fit-out As-Built Models and Drawings

  • Asset Data Integration for Facility Management.

 

Lyric Theatre

A centre showcasing the best of Hong Kong and international dance and theatre, the Lyric Theatre Complex will comprise a 1,450-seat lyric theatre, a 600-seat medium theatre and a 270-seat studio theatre.

Scope of Work

  • Project Setup of Common Data Environment.

  • MEPF and Architecture Modelling and Coordination

  • CSD, ISD, CBWD, Room Data Sheet Drawing Production.

 

M+ Museum

The M+ in the West Kowloon Cultural District is one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. Designed by Herzog & de Meuron in partnership with TFP Farrells and Arup.

Scope of Work

  • MEPF and Architecture Modelling and Coordination

  • CSD, ISD, CBWD Drawing Production.

  • As-Built Model for MEPF and Architecture of Podium
