BIM Engineers
BIM capable Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineers build models, review items to address and work to resolve the issues. Each engineer uses the models to fullfill design and construction requirements and manage a schedule of deliverables derived from the models, inclusive of Drawings, Clash Analysis, Sequencing of Works and Quantity take-offs.

BIM Coordinator
A critical role to a successful BIM project. Coordinators are often leading workshops, on-site gathering project information and working behind the scenes to model and coordinate different volumes of work for each project. Coordinators work between clients, consultants and contractors daily to resolve issues between the parties at any project stage for a better project outcome.
